The entire system is only 80mm thickness and outperforms standard drywall in every frequencies coefficient.

This system is perfect for office budget partition works where a 100% sound containment isn’t required but privacy is. You can rest assured after installation of our panels the sound mitigation results will be much better than your traditional drywall system.

Soundproofing Wall Standard Solution STC 45
The Soundproofing Wall Standard Solution is rated at Sound Transmission Class 45, which is a standard option for sound mitigation measures for partition walls in commercial installations. It has a high-density insulation core with a engineered frame work finished with NoiseBlock SoundFire Boards either side to offer a very affordable soundproofing solution. Post installation results provide a much more peaceful environment with your customers feeling assured that their meetings are confidential.

Soundproofing Wall Entry Professional Solution STC 50
The soundproofing wall system STC 50 is what we refer to as a more serious professional solution for noise control. STC as we have mentioned before stands for Sound Transmission class and it is one of the examples of how we classify sound. There are also other methods that we can use. However, for Singapore most companies are referring to STC ratings when describing the performance of their system.
Soundproofing Wall Entry Professional Solution STC 55
Our STC 55 System is the entry level for music recording rooms, music listens rooms, reference quality rooms, TV Studios, Libraries, Quiet Spaces, Medical Centres to name but a few. STC 55 has the ability to prevent approximately 30dB(A) of noise transference.
We offer our clients the choice and flexibility to weight the system for amplified music or for speech which will have a significant difference in cost. So, if you have an office STC 55 weighed to 500Hz mid-range frequencies would be suitable for banks, finance centrers, insurance companies etc.
However for a TV Studio that had speakers or amplified sound sources having the system weighted to low base frequencies would be much more desirable.

The STC 60 System is had similar characteristics and options as the STC 55 System. The main significant difference is that is rated at a high level of noise mitigation and soundproofing. The System again is for a higher range of soundproofing control and suitable for Hospitals, private conferencing rooms, high-capacity environments, Music Rooms, Laboratories, Lawyer’s offices, government buildings and so on.

The STC 65 System is our preferred recommendation for soundproofing wall solutions. It results in almost silence spaces and resolve room to room and wall to wall transmission of noise. If you are new to soundproofing DFB is a easy to use material that instantly improves the soundproofing results of your wall. It can be used in multiple layers on in single layers into a wall system. If you are a contractor then it’s a perfect choice to remove the rockwool you are currently using and replace with NoiseBlock DFB+200 L

NoiseBlock SoundFire Board 17
NoiseBlock SoundFire Board is 17mm Soundproof Finishing Board with an 2 hour fire rating performance suitable for a wide range of applications. Unlike standard building materials on the market with little to no soundproof results SoundFire Board does exactly as it says in the name.
It offer approximately 15dB(A) noise reduction on average. The product can be used within our systems, or as a replacement board in a standard dry wall partition design.
